Elegant Pride: May 2012

I am proud of who I am. I am a Lesbian and I live with my partner Angela outside of Phoenix Arizona. I am happier than I have ever been in my life. I was married twice, both times for almost 10 years. It was what I was supposed to do. Get married , have babies, be a good wife . Well that's what I did but it did not exactly have a fairy tale ending. Something was always missing. At 51 years old I went in search of who I was and my true happiness and after 2 years away from my life long home of Northeast PA, I found it in Mesa, Arizona. Angela and I are soul-mates, we share everything , including our new business venture which is Elegant Pride.

Elegant Pride was created because of the lack of quality jewelry available to represent the LGBT Community. Rainbow jewelry is reasonably easy to come by , but still limited in designs. Both Bisexual and Transgender are almost non existent, well we are going to change that. We have been designing jewelry with the Bisexual colors of Pink, Purple and Blue for the past year and it has had some rave reviews. We just rolled out the beginnings of our Transgender pieces at Phoenix Pride and it really caused us to get noticed. ................ We will be offering pieces for both Transgender men and women. Our intention it to have something for everyone in the LGBT community.
